Yes your choice we can deliver or you can pick up. We deliver from I-90 to Kirkland on the Eastside and from SODO to Northgate in Seattle. Free Delivery on all orders over $30.00
You can order anytime, 24 hours a day, from the comfort of your home or office.
1. For curbside pickup, please order at least 1 hour before the desired pickup time. You can pick up any time until our store closes at 10:00PM.
2. For same day home delivery order, please allow 4 hours of lead time. We deliver until 9:00PM each day.
3. For before 6:00 AM delivery the next day, please place your order before 11:00PM the night before.
Our online store is stocked with almost everything we have in our grocery store and fresh food area. In addition you will find our catering menu as well which can be ordered with grocery orders.
Refrigerated items such as produce, dairy and meats are always stored in our safe temperature-controlled environment after picking your order. We then load your groceries into our refrigerated delivery trucks and bring them to you. We carefully control the conditions in which your products are stored, right up until the moment you receive them, so that fresh items stay chilled and frozen items remain frozen. The quality of your food is our biggest concern!

Yes, you can place an order and have the bill to and ship to address different. If this is the first time you are doing it you may want to give us a call to make sure we see that we are doing this and if you would like we can contact the person to make sure they understand they are getting a delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email and a text confirmation about your order. You can choose if you want to accept text messages during the registration process. Your email confirmation will contain order detail with delivery date and time, along with an order number. If you have any questions or wish to change your order, delivery date or time, please contact our Customer Service team at 425-372-7608.
We can leave the order with your doorman or, with specific instructions we can leave the order in the hallway. If we do not have access to the building at the time of delivery, our driver will contact you. If we cannot reach you, our Customer Service team will contact you to reschedule to re-deliver.

You must be present to take delivery of the beer and wine. If you appear that you might be 35 years old or younger, we will not deliver without valid picture identification, such as a Driver's License, Passport or Military ID.

Yes. You can use your Loyalty Cards online to accumulate rebates and use your rebates to pay for purchases.

You can register your Loyalty Card information when you create your log in as a new customer. Simply choose "Sign me up for loyalty", if you do not already have loyalty card. We will assign a card number for you to use both online and in store.

If you already have a card from your visit to your store, click on "Already registered for loyalty" and enter your card number. During the checkout process, you will see the amount of rebates you have on your card to use any amount you wish or not at all.

When you place an order you will receive a Text if you gave us your Mobile Phone Number so it is easy to simply click on it when you are 15 minutes from pick up. OR if you did not give us your mobile please give us a call 15 minutes before your arrival and we will get your order ready for you.
Please park in front in one of the designated curbside pickup spots and call us. We will bring your order out to you and place it in your car.
  • If your order contains Beer and Wine, our Customer Service team member will ask you to please show your ID and sign the invoice to verify your age.
  • If you forget something, our Customer Service team member will be glad to run inside and find them for you. We will take your credit card payment on a handheld device at your car for these items. We cannot accept cash for additional items at curbside.
If you order Beer or Wine you must be home or someone must be home that is 21 years or older to receive the beer or wine. If you select a time window other than our before 6:00 AM option we do need you to please be home to accept our delivery.
This delivery is an early-morning delivery option. If you choose this option, we will leave your items on your doorstep early in the morning, prior to 6:00 AM, so they're there when you wake up. Your groceries will be kept fresh in temperature-controlled containers, so frozen items stay frozen and chilled items stay cold. We will pick up the containers within 24 hours after drop off.
If you miss your delivery slot, don't worry; one of our customer service associates will contact you to reschedule. If we can't successfully reschedule your order within 24 hours, we will return your items to our store and issue a refund for the order.
Please leave these outside after you unpack your groceries and we will pick them up within 24 hours.
We will process your refund within 24 hours to the card you used for your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund is processed. It may take longer for the refund to show in your bank account, depending on the bank you use.
