Quality Guarantee: Your Local Market backs all of our products with a 100% quality satisfaction guarantee. If a product you have purchased arrives in less-than-perfect condition (e.g. spoiled/overripe, damaged, discolored), or you are simply unhappy with quality, contact us at 425-372-7600 within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately issue you a full credit on your product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, just let us know and we will issue a 100% credit for any item(s) not to your liking.

Online Ordering: To order through either Site, you must register an account and select a preferred pickup location. PLEASE NOTE THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE AND TIME FOR PICKUP AT THIS LOCATION prior to ordering. Orders must be placed prior to your location's cutoff time to be available on the subsequent delivery date. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered on the next available pickup date, which will be displayed on your order receipt. Your Local Market will not refund your money or credit your account in the event you fail to retrieve your order on the date and time specified on your receipt.

Credit Card Payments: When ordering through the Site, your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. You may log in to your account at any time prior to your specified cutoff time to modify or cancel your order. For cancelled orders, your card will be credited the full amount of your original order within 5 business days of cancellation. If you modify your order, your card will be refunded the full amount of your original order and then charged the amount of the total (modified) order.

Copyright and Ownership: All Site content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces; the collection, selection, and arrangement thereof; and all software are the property of, or duly licensed to, Your Local Market. Consent is granted to view, electronically copy, and print in hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Your Local Market for your use. Any other use of materials on this Site, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, without the prior written permission of Your Local Market is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that Your Local Market and/or third-party content providers remain the owners of such material and that you do not acquire any of those ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. Your Local Market reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, and any use shall be discontinued immediately on written notice from Your Local Market.

Security Credentials: Access to Site ordering is accomplished through the use of a user name and a password that will be issued to you upon registration. You are solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. You agree to bear all responsibility for the confidentiality of your password and all use or charges incurred from use of either Site with your password. You agree to notify Your Local Market promptly of any unauthorized use of your password and you will remain liable for any use of the Site until you notify Your Local Market of the unauthorized use of your password.

BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN SUCH STATES AND JURISDICTIONS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Amendments: Your Local Market may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on either Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective seven days after they are initially posted on either Site. By using either Site after the effective date of any such amendment, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Agreement to which you are bound.
